It is an ingame chat thing. You can add friends and then talk to them ingame. Like if hyour in a fellowshp and your talking with someone and you have to tell them a secret then you can go into xfire. It's better than tells because you can go as fast as you want

Wouldn't that be the same thing as sending an in-game 'tell' Question

Well yes. But this is a lot faster. Like you can send them stuff 5 times faster because you don't have to wait

GUYS PLEASE MAKE AN XFIRE. That way we can talk even if we aren't in game. And so each other can tell if someone is online.
